AmeriPlan programs are not insurance. Basic, Deluxe, and Elite combine savings and services at different membership levels. You remain responsible for applicable service costs. Review participating providers, current benefits, and terms before joining.
02. How do I use my membership once I sign up?
After enrolling, follow the activation and access instructions provided by AmeriPlan and each benefit provider. Access requirements may differ between services; confirm them before arranging care.
03. Is there a waiting period before the discounts start?
Check the current access and activation rules for each benefit. Do not assume every service becomes available at the same time.
04. How much does it cost and who is covered?
